How does Servogo handle regular pool maintenance visits?

Can my technicians log what they did at each pool visit?
Yes. The tech app lets technicians mark a visit complete with notes and photos. These are stored against the visit record and visible in the client's history. Useful for logging chemical readings, equipment observations, or anything that needs following up.
How does invoicing work for pool maintenance contracts?
Each completed visit creates a draft invoice. Invoice per visit, or roll multiple visits into a monthly invoice for each client. Send by email with a Stripe payment link. Clients pay online, it marks itself paid.
Can I manage multiple technicians covering different areas?
Yes. Each technician has their own route, their own login, and sees only their own jobs in the app. You and managers see all routes. Route optimisation runs per technician, finding the shortest path between their pools for the day.
Can I quote for a new pool installation or setup service?
Yes. Create a quote with line items, send to the client by email, they accept via a link, and you convert it into a job in one click. No double entry.
Does the app work without signal at remote properties?
