How long is the free trial?
14 days. No card required to start. You get the full Team plan during the trial: route optimisation, up to 10 users, quotes, invoices, payroll tracking, the lot. Convert when you're ready.
What happens at the end of the trial?
You choose a plan and add a card, or you don't and the account pauses. No automatic charges, no sneaky upgrades. Your data stays in the account for 30 days after a trial expires.
Can I switch plans as my team grows?
Yes. Move from Sole Trader to Team when you hire, and from Team to Pro when you pass 10 users. Your billing adjusts on the next cycle. Downgrading works the same way.
Does annual billing lock me in?
Annual billing saves 20% and is charged up front for the year. If you cancel mid-year, the account stays active until the end of the annual period. No refunds for unused months, but you keep everything until it expires.
Are prices including or excluding VAT?
All prices shown exclude VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout for UK businesses.
