Every stop on a map. Hit optimise and Servogo finds the shortest path between them. Drag a stop to move it, arrival times update as you go.

Each completed clean generates a draft invoice. Send it by email with a Stripe payment link. Your customer pays online, it marks itself paid. No chasing, no reconciliation.

Can I bring my Squeegee client list across?
Yes. Export from Squeegee to CSV and import into Servogo. Squeegee's column names are recognised out of the box, so there's nothing to remap. Your rounds, addresses, and service frequencies come across with them. Email us during the trial if you want a hand with the migration.
How does Servogo handle recurring window cleaning rounds?
Each client gets a service plan with their frequency: weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or a specific day pattern. Servogo books the next job automatically when the last one closes. No reminders needed, no manually scheduling each visit.
Can I plan the most efficient order to clean a round?
Yes. Open the day view, hit optimise, and Servogo reorders your stops for the shortest path. It accounts for your home address as a start point if you want. Drag any stop to override the order, and arrival times recalculate live.
Does the tech app work offline on-site?
The app caches the day's route when it loads. Your cleaners can mark jobs complete, add notes, and take photos without a signal. Everything syncs when they're back on data.
How does invoicing work for window cleaning?
Servogo generates a draft invoice from each completed visit. You choose the cadence: per visit, rolling per client, or monthly batch. Send it by email with a Stripe payment link so customers can pay by card. The invoice marks itself paid when they do.
Can I run multiple rounds with different cleaners?
Yes. Each technician has their own route, their own login, and their own app view. They see only their own jobs. You and your managers see all routes. Per-tech pay rules let you track commission or flat-per-visit earnings separately.
