The Dashboard is where owners and managers get a snapshot of the business. It is the default landing page for admin roles.
What you see
- KPI cards - outstanding invoices, this week’s revenue, completed visits, upcoming jobs.
- Cashflow chart - invoiced vs. paid over your selected window.
- Recent activity - the latest completed visits and sent invoices.
Date range
Use the date range selector at the top to switch between week, month, quarter, and custom windows. The KPIs and chart update together.
Tip: Friday afternoon is a good time to glance at the Dashboard. Outstanding invoices more than 30 days old usually mean it’s time for a polite chase email.
