Servogo has four roles. Each invited team member is assigned one. You can change a person’s role at any time from Settings → Personnel.
Roles
- Owner - full access. Sees everything, can invite anyone, manages billing and the subscription. There is always at least one owner.
- Manager - full access except billing. Can edit schedule, clients, invoices, personnel.
- Dispatcher - manages schedule, routes, clients, and visits. Cannot manage personnel or invoices.
- Tech - sees only their own routes and jobs. Marks visits complete from the field. Cannot see other techs’ work, clients they aren’t visiting, or any financials.
Inviting someone
- Settings → Personnel → Invite.
- Enter their email and pick a role.
- They receive an email with a sign-in link valid for 7 days.
- When they accept, they appear under Personnel as Active.
If an invitation expires, click Resend from the Personnel list.
Removing someone
Settings → Personnel → click the person → Remove. Their historical work (assigned visits, invoices created, etc.) stays intact - you just lose the ability to assign them new work.
