Servogo is a field service management platform built for owner-run and small-to-medium service businesses that visit clients on a recurring or one-off basis: window cleaners, gardeners, pest control, pool service, cleaners, HVAC, locksmiths, and similar trades.
What it does
- Schedules work across one or many technicians, by recurring plan or one-off job.
- Plans the day’s route with drag-drop ordering, optional auto-optimisation, and weather context.
- Tracks visits as jobs complete, building a per-client history.
- Generates invoices automatically from completed visits, sends them, and tracks payment.
- Sends messages to clients (visit reminders, route updates, ad-hoc).
- Manages your team with role-based access - owners, managers, dispatchers, and techs each see only what they need.
Core concepts
- Organization - your company. Everything you create lives under your organization and is invisible to other companies on Servogo.
- Client - the person or business you provide a service to.
- Service plan - a recurring agreement with a client (e.g. “every 4 weeks, £25”).
- Job - a single scheduled piece of work, recurring or one-off.
- Visit - the historical record created when a job is completed.
- Route - the ordered list of stops a tech is doing on a given day.
- Invoice - what you bill the client, generated from one or more visits.
