First-day checklist

Five steps to a usable workspace. You can do them in any order, but this sequence is the fastest way to a working schedule.

  1. Set your home address. Settings → My Home Address. The route planner uses this as the start and end point for your day.
  2. Add your team. Settings → Personnel → Invite. Each invited person gets an email with a sign-in link.
  3. Import or add clients. Clients → Import (CSV) or New client. If you’re switching from another system, the smart import will map most fields for you.
  4. Create your service plans. Schedule → New plan. For each recurring client, set the frequency, day, price, and assigned tech.
  5. Open Day View. The day’s route appears with stops ordered by location. Drag stops to reorder, or hit Optimise to let the planner do it.

Tip: You can finish steps 1-3 in about ten minutes for most small businesses. Service plans are the slowest part - set up a handful first, then come back to add the rest.
