Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with no card required. At the end of the trial you can subscribe or your account pauses.
What does it cost after the trial?
Pricing is on servogo.co.uk/pricing. It’s a flat monthly fee per seat — no per-job or per-invoice charges.
Can I import my existing client list?
Yes. Servogo accepts CSV files. If you’re coming from Squeegee, we recognise Squeegee’s export format directly. See Importing existing clients.
Does it work on mobile?
The app is a responsive web app — it works in any mobile browser, no app store download needed. Techs can mark jobs complete, add notes, and view their route from their phone.
Can my techs see everything?
No. Techs only see their own assigned jobs and route. Managers and owners can see everything. See Roles and permissions for the full breakdown.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account stays accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation. Export your client list and invoice history before the 30-day window closes.
Do you support multiple locations or depots?
Not yet. Servogo is currently designed for single-depot operations. Multiple depots are on the roadmap.
Can I white-label or customise the client-facing emails?
You can set your business name, address, and logo, and those appear in all client emails and invoices. Full custom domain sending is on the roadmap.
Where is my data stored?
Servogo runs on servers in the UK and EU. Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
