Can’t sign in
- Check the email address - typos are the most common cause.
- Use Forgot password to set a new one.
- If you’ve just been invited, check that the invitation hasn’t expired (7 days).
- Check spam folders for the password reset or invitation email.
Reset link doesn’t work
Reset links expire after 60 minutes. Request another. If that one also fails, it usually means the link was opened in a different browser than the one you’re trying to sign in from - open the email in the same browser you’re using.
Session keeps logging me out
Servogo uses 30-minute access tokens with automatic refresh. If you keep getting kicked out, your browser may be blocking local storage. Whitelist servogo.co.uk.
