Your Servogo subscription moves through a small number of states. Knowing them helps explain why some buttons might be disabled.
Active
The normal state. Everything works.
Past due
We tried to charge your card and it failed. Your account is read-only - you can still view everything, mark jobs complete, and download invoices, but you can’t send new invoices or edit settings. We retry the card daily for 7 days. Update the payment method in Settings → Billing to recover immediately.
Paused
After 7 days past-due, the account is paused. Same restrictions as past-due, plus we stop generating new automated emails. Update the card to resume.
Canceled
You cancelled, or we cancelled after extended non-payment. The account is read-only for 30 days, then deleted. Export anything you need within that window.
