Messages let you communicate with clients without leaving Servogo. Every message is logged on the client’s profile.
Sending a message
- Open Messages, or open a client and click Message.
- Type your message, or pick a template.
- Send.
Templates
Settings → Notifications has the templates Servogo uses for automated messages (visit reminders, invoice sent, etc.). You can edit the wording to match your brand voice.
Bulk messaging
From the Clients view, select multiple clients and choose Message selected. Useful for weather-related announcements or service updates to a group of clients.
