Payroll shows what each tech has earned over a chosen period, based on completed visits and the pay rate set on their profile.
How earnings are calculated
Each tech has a pay rule on their personnel profile: a percentage of the visit price, a flat per-visit amount, or an hourly rate. The Payroll view sums these across the period.
Period close
Pick the period (weekly, fortnightly, monthly), review each tech’s line, and click Mark paid when you’ve actually paid them. Marked-paid periods are locked so the figures don’t shift if you back-edit a visit.
Payroll is read-only for techs - they see their own earnings but nothing about other techs.
