What happens if a payment fails
Your account moves to past due. You stay in read-only mode for 7 days while we retry the card. After that, the account is paused. See Billing states for the full lifecycle.
Cancellation
Cancel from this page. Your data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted. Export anything you need before then.
