Notification settings

Notifications controls automated messages: when they go out, what they say, and which channels are enabled.

Automated messages

  • Visit reminders - sent N hours before a scheduled visit.
  • Route updates - sent if the tech is running early or late.
  • Invoice sent - confirmation when an invoice is emailed.
  • Payment received - receipt when an invoice is paid.

Editing templates

Click any template to edit. You can use placeholders - for example {client_name} or {visit_date} - and Servogo substitutes them at send time.

Channels

Each notification type can be enabled per channel: email, SMS, both, or off. SMS requires the client to have a valid mobile number.
