Personnel settings

The Personnel section lists everyone who has access to your organization, plus people you’ve invited but who haven’t accepted yet.

Per-person fields

  • Role - owner, manager, dispatcher, or tech. See Roles for what each can do.
  • Display name - what appears on routes, messages, and invoices.
  • Pay rule - % of visit, flat per visit, or hourly rate. Used by Payroll.
  • Home address - start/end of this tech’s route. If empty, falls back to the org home address.
  • Working days - which days they’re available for routing.

Invitations

Pending invitations appear at the top of the list. Resend sends a fresh email with a new 7-day link. Revoke cancels the invitation entirely.
