Organization Preferences contain the defaults that apply across the app.
- Currency - used everywhere monetary values appear.
- Country and locale - date format, address format, distance units.
- Timezone - controls when “today” rolls over and what time scheduled jobs land at.
- Working days - defaults for new personnel and for the route planner.
- Day start time - default start of the working day on Day View.
- Default service duration - used when a service has no explicit duration set.
Changing currency or timezone affects display, not historical records. Past invoices keep the currency they were issued in.
