Clients

The client directory is your address book. Every job, visit, invoice, and message is attached to a client.

Searching and filtering

Use the search box at the top to find by name, address, or postcode. On mobile, the filter button opens the full filter panel.

Adding a client

New client opens a side drawer. Required: name and address. Recommended: phone, email, and any access notes (gate code, dog, leave gate open, etc.).

Client detail

Click any client to open their profile, which shows:

  • Contact details and address.
  • Active service plans.
  • Visit history with dates, techs, and notes.
  • Invoices: paid, outstanding, and overdue.
  • Message history.

Archiving vs deleting

Archive a client when they stop being a customer but you want their history kept. Deleting is permanent and only available if there are no visits or invoices attached.
