Schedule is where you set up what work is happening, separate from when it happens day-to-day. Most ongoing client work lives here as a service plan; one-off work is created here too.
The four tabs
- Recurring - service plans on a repeating cadence (every 4 weeks, monthly, etc.).
- One-off - single jobs that aren’t part of a plan.
- Requests - incoming work requests waiting to be scheduled.
- Ended - plans you’ve stopped (cancelled, lost, paused).
Creating a recurring service plan
- Schedule → Recurring → New plan.
- Pick the client.
- Choose the service from your catalog (or add a new one).
- Set the frequency: every N weeks/months, or specific days.
- Set the price and the tech to assign.
- Set the start date. Future jobs are generated automatically.
Creating a one-off job
One-off → New job. Pick a client, service, date, and tech. It appears on the route on its scheduled day.
Editing or cancelling a plan
Click any plan to open the editor. You can change frequency, price, or assigned tech. Use End plan to stop generating future jobs - the plan moves to the Ended tab and historical visits stay intact.
Requests
If a client submits a request (or you log one manually), it lands in the Requests tab. Click to convert it into a plan or a one-off job.
