Servogo’s mobile experience is designed for techs working in the field. Anyone can use it from a phone browser; there is also a dedicated staff app.
What a tech sees
- Today’s route, in order, with the next stop highlighted.
- Each stop’s address, contact, access notes, and service to perform.
- One-tap navigation handoff to Apple Maps or Google Maps.
- A Mark complete button per stop, with optional photo and notes.
- Their own messages with the office.
What a tech cannot see
- Other techs’ routes.
- Clients they aren’t visiting.
- Any pricing, invoices, or financials beyond their own pay summary.
Offline
The mobile view loads the day’s route once and keeps it locally, so brief signal drops don’t break the workflow. Marked-complete actions sync as soon as signal returns.
