Quotes

Quotes let you give a price for work before you commit to scheduling it. When the client accepts, you can convert the quote to a job in one click.

Drafting a quote

  1. Quotes → New quote.
  2. Pick or create the client.
  3. Add line items: description, quantity, unit price.
  4. Add notes (validity period, terms, scope).
  5. Save as draft, or Send to email it directly to the client.

Tracking status

A quote is in one of these states: Draft, Sent, Accepted, Declined, or Expired. Clients can accept online via the link in the email; you can also mark accepted manually after a phone call.

Converting to a job

Open an accepted quote and click Convert to job. The line items become the service, and you pick a date and tech. The quote stays linked to the resulting job for reference.
